The Quais de Lorimier project: work continues

November 28, 2016

Bertone Development Corporation (SDB) continues its work for the development of urban project Quais De Lorimier, a new multi-purpose living environment in the quadrilateral bound by De Lorimier, Sainte-Catherine, Parthenais and René-Lévesque streets in Montreal.
Since the project’s announcement in May 2016, numerous meetings have taken place with potential retail partners and have helped yet improve the project. These approaches, as well as the technical studies work, continue. In parallel, a contact committee with local community groups was established in June.

“Our project continues to evolve and become clearer in light of the meetings we have held over the last few months,” said SDB cofounders and partners Michael and Claudio Bertone. “We are pleased with the great interest our project has generated, and grateful for all the constructive comments received to this day. Our work continues relentlessly, in cooperation with our partners and other interested parties, to bring this exciting and significant project for Montreal across the goal line”.
